We are a mail in service only, we do not allow customer drop offs so fill out the repair form and if your local we will either pick up your item for repair or you can mail it in. When we perform on site services we do not take your game, we only remove the bad components for repair. We require a $25 deposit to pick up your broken components. This will go towards the final cost of your repair.
